All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Wix. This is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card detail in a secure host environment.
Robin Gibson Jewels offers repair services for any of our items purchased. We are happy to repair an item at no charge to you, within the first 60 days of receipt of purchase however, normal wear and tear is not covered. Repairs needed after 60 days, will be deemed to be caused by misuse and will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30 plus shipping.
We highly recommend that items are shipped back via insured mail as we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the return delivery to us.
If a shipment arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, we apologize for the inconvenience and there will be no charge for this kind of repair. Please email us immediately and include a picture of the damaged item.

Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. Prices, information, and/or imagery are subject to change without notice. You will be contacted with any pricing discrepancies prior to shipping. Should you not want to continue with your order at that time, it can be canceled at your request. We will not honor any inaccurate pricing.
Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shown with as much detail as possible, therefore some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Please be aware that every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.
We have made every effort to represent our products' colors accurately, but the color calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably. Therefore there may be variations between the colors displayed on your monitor and the actual color of the items you are buying.
All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within 0.10 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for rings and bracelets varies based on size.

Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State at the current local rate.
Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any discount code that was given to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time.
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the discount code became valid. We can add a discount code to an order where you forgot to enter the code if it is on the same day of purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to gift cards.
Cleaning & Care
Robin Gibson Jewels only carries fine jewelry and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:
Take off your jewelry beofre your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
Before bedtime remove your jewelry.
To clean your diamond jewelry you may use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold RG Jewels LLC (DBA Robin Gibson Jewels) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.
