SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Robin Gibson Jewels charges a flat shipping rate of $25. To protect your jewelry purchase, all orders are insured.

​

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. 

​

If an item is in stock it will ship immediately. For out of stock or custom orders there may be a 4-8 week delivery time.   

 

​Return & Exchange Policy

​

Items purchased on RobinGibsonJewels.com may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are only accepted for unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.

 

Please email us at RobinGibsonJewels@gmail.com for returns, requests, and instructions. Please provide your name, address, and reason for return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent an item in error.

 

Shipping charges for returns and/or exchanges and any costs incurred as a result is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Custom and personalized orders may not be returned and are final sale.

​

Sale items and limited time promotional items may not be returned and are final sale.

​

Please allow at least 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at Robin Gibson Jewels.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. In the event of a return, please ship in a trackable and insured way. 

​

Robin Gibson Jewels reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
